Nice to meet you—I’m Joe

Since discovering it, yoga has been the firmest pillar for my personal discipline, happiness and physical wellbeing.

We face challenges in life—small, medium and large, momentary and enduring. Struggling with our heavy wants and needs, insecurities, fears and emotions, is often more than that: they are humbling battles.

My goal is to teach techniques that lend softness to the process of navigating change.

Ultimately, I aim to promote deeper fulfilment and compassion in a people and society that often has so much.

Yoga encourages a greater awareness of mind, body and spirit.

It is a navigatory and leadership tool for emotions, healing, growth, society and more.
