My goal is to share the techniques that lend softness into the process of navigating change—as some say, the only certainty in life.

We face challenges in life: small, medium and large; enduring and momentary. Struggling with heavy wants and needs, thought patterns, fears and emotions, is often more than that: they are complex and unique battles.

Since discovering the practice, yoga has been the deepest pillar for my personal discipline, happiness and physical wellbeing.

Ultimately, I want to promote fulfilment in a society that has so much, and uncover compassion for self and others within people and community.
